We were introduced to Leslie by my Cousin, a real estate agent, who had previously worked with her. Being a Real Estate Professional myself I knew right away after meeting Leslie that she could handle the task of finding us a home after our recent move from Florida. We were homeless living in our small RV. Our previous Realtor failed to follow through, so we lost not only the house we wrote a contact to purchase but alot of time and our earnest money. When I found THIS House on Zillow Leslie acted quickly to get us an appt to view the almost complete newly constructed home despite the fact that the home was listed as "not ready to show" . We walked through the property / home and instantly fell in love. We wrote a contact and deal was closed in 45 days. Leslie was instrumental during our initial inspection and again at our 11 month inspection. She knew exactly how to write a new build construction Sales Contract to protect us through any delays or setbacks. We did have a few, like you do with any home still undergoing construction, but with Leslie's expertise, she knew how to advise. We are extremely HAPPY with our new HOME on 3 plus acres. Leslie picked me up and personal drove me to several beautiful neighborhoods to search for my first dream home. Leslie took the time to get to know me and what type of home I was looking for. As an expert realtor that knows the market, she knew exactly what type of homes to show me, all the details of the houses and educated me about the houses and area, then advised the best options for me. Could not have asked for a better realtor. Leslie was always super responsive, extremely patient, and willing to answer any questions we had. We had a tough time settling because of the market, but she was able to help us find a tenant so that we wouldn't be stuck with two mortgages. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Even AFTER the purchase of our new home she has been willing to help us and still checks up on us from time to time. I met Leslie in 2001 when I was searching for my first home to purchase. She actually LISTENED to me and allowed me to visit new home builds by myself. Then, met with me to discuss what I had seen. Fifteen years later, Leslie worked to close the sale of that first home. When I ran into some problems with a family to family sale of property, who did I call? Leslie Sullivan! She's my ride or die real estate agent.

When my wife and I relocated to Magnolia 15 years ago Leslie Sullivan was a God-send and wealth of information about the area. She helped us find the perfect home for us (still in it) and was able to get us through a fairly difficult process to get us to closing. We have recommended her to several others moving to, or moving from our area. She is a brilliant Realtor and we will use her again if needed.

Leslie went above and beyond to help sell my house. The contract with the first potential buyer fell through and had to be cancelled. Leslie was able to find a new (cash) buyer quickly, and facilitated the deal by arranging the move-out of my furniture and decor to expedite the process. She earned her commission with this sale. Thanks to her for getting it all done!

Leslie has been my go to realtor since moving back to Texas in 2007. She has helped me sell two houses and buy 2 houses. The results were phenomenal. She was honest and straight forward. She understands the market like a wizard and took all of the work out of my transactions. I highly recommend her if you want the most in the shortest time.
