I've been renting a unit here for probably 3+ years. I frequent it quite a bit because I store things for work, and am constantly having to pick up and drop off. I've never had any issue whatsoever accessing the gate or getting in. It's a very safe, secure, and convenient storage facility. I highly recommend them!
