Get found on Google. Look credible when they check.
We build fast, search-ready websites for local businesses and set up the Google Business Profile that puts you on the map — literally. We're a small team, so you work directly with the people doing the work.
The audit is free and yours to keep — no call required, no obligation.
People are searching. They're just not finding you.
For most local businesses the problem isn't demand — it's that the two things customers check first, Google and your website, were never set up properly.
You don't show up on the map
Someone searches your service plus your town and three competitors appear before you do. An incomplete or miscategorised Google Business Profile is usually why.
Your site works against you
Slow on phones, hard to read, no clear way to get in touch. People decide whether you look trustworthy in a few seconds, and most of that traffic is mobile.
No idea what's actually wrong
You know the phone should ring more, but not whether it's the site, the listing, the photos, or the categories. Guessing gets expensive fast.
Two things, done thoroughly
We'd rather do two things properly than list ten we're mediocre at. These are the two that move the needle first for a local business.
Websites built to be found
A fast, mobile-first site that search engines can actually read.
Most small-business sites are slow, and speed is something Google measures directly. We build lean pages that load quickly on a phone over mobile data — which is how most of your visitors will see them.
Structure matters as much as speed. Real page titles, proper headings, descriptive image text, and a clear page for each service you offer, so a search engine can tell what you do and where you do it.
Google Business Profile, set up properly
The listing that decides whether you appear in the local map results.
Your profile is what feeds the map pack — the three businesses shown above the normal results. Categories, service areas, hours, and services are the fields that influence it most, and they're the ones most often left half-filled.
We complete the profile end to end: correct primary and secondary categories, services written out, hours including holidays, real photos, and business details that match your website exactly. Mismatched details are a common reason listings underperform.
Exactly what you get
No packages to decode. This is the actual list — if something here doesn't apply to your business, we'll say so rather than bill you for it.
Your website
- Up to 5 pages — home, about, services, contact, and one of your choosing
- Built mobile-first and tested on real phone screen sizes
- Page titles and descriptions written for each page, not auto-generated
- Contact form that reaches your inbox, plus click-to-call on mobile
- Your business details marked up so Google can read your address, hours, and phone
- Connected to Google Search Console so ranking data starts collecting from day one
Your Google Business Profile
- Primary and secondary categories chosen against what competitors rank with
- Every service written out with its own description
- Hours, holiday hours, and service areas filled in completely
- Photos organised and captioned — exterior, interior, team, and work
- Business name, address, and phone matched exactly to your website
- A short walkthrough so you can post updates yourself afterwards
How we work
Three stages, real timelines. The first one costs nothing and is useful whether or not you hire us.
The free audit
2–3 days
You send your business name and we go through your Google listing and current site. You get a written breakdown of what's missing and what to fix first — including the things you can do yourself for free. No call required.
Build and set up
2–4 weeks
If you decide to work with us: we gather your content, photos, and service details, then build the site and complete your Google profile. You review a working version before anything goes live.
Live, then watched
Ongoing
We launch, connect Search Console, and keep an eye on how the listing performs. You get a login to see what we manage, and you can reach us directly when something needs changing.
Who you're working with
We're a small team, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than have you find out on the first call. It means we take on a limited number of clients at a time — and that the person who answers your email is the person building your site.
There's no account manager relaying messages to a department, and nothing gets handed off to a contractor you've never spoken to. If something on your site is wrong, you tell us and we fix it.
We also built the platform we run this on, which is a slightly unusual thing for a web shop to do. It means when you need something changed, we're not waiting on a vendor to ship it.
Already a client?
You have a login for the dashboard where we manage your contacts and reviews. Nothing to install, and nothing you have to use — it's there when you want to look.
Log inQuestions we get asked
Including the awkward ones.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope — a five-page site is a different job from a fifteen-page one, and some businesses need the Google profile work but not a new site. We quote one fixed price after the free audit, so you see the number before you commit to anything. No hourly billing, no surprise line items.
How long does it take?
The audit comes back in two to three days. A build typically runs two to four weeks from the point we have your content and photos — that part is usually what determines the timeline, so the sooner you get us material, the sooner you launch.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain stays in your name, and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere or hand it to another developer, we'll help with the handover rather than make it difficult. We don't hold work hostage.
I already have a website. Is it worth redoing?
Sometimes not. If your current site is reasonably fast and just needs its structure and Google profile sorted out, we'll tell you that — it's a smaller job and a smaller bill. The free audit is where that gets decided, and we'd rather give you an honest answer than sell you a rebuild you don't need.
What if I don't like what you build?
You see a working version before anything goes live, and revisions during the build are part of the job, not an upsell. We'd rather go back and forth a few times than launch something you're not happy putting your name on.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings. What we can do is make sure the things that demonstrably matter — site speed, page structure, and a complete, accurate Business Profile — are actually done properly, which is more than most local businesses have in place.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The build is a defined project with a defined price. If you want us to keep managing things afterwards, that's a separate arrangement you can stop whenever you like.
